Challenge

Clients lived in one spreadsheet, orders in another, stock and invoices in an accounting program, and the real conversation in messengers. The same client was typed three times, with three spellings. Every report began with a day of copy-paste.

Solution

We did not replace everything on day one. We first mapped what lives where, then built one workspace on top: a single client record, a single order history, and connectors that pull stock and invoices from the existing programs and write status back. Old spreadsheets were imported once, de-duplicated, and switched to read-only. Teams moved over department by department.

Results

One client, one history, one number. Reports are built from live data instead of from a day of copying. The old programs keep doing what they do well; people just stopped switching between five windows.
