We have assessed that a dedicated Data Protection Officer is not required under Art. 37 of Law 195/2024 for our current processing profile. You can still write to privacy@brdz.net for any privacy matter.
What data we collect
When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected service interest, and optional comment (message). We do not operate user accounts, newsletters, or payment forms on this site.
Technical data needed to deliver the page (for example server logs held by the hosting provider for a short period) may include IP address and user agent. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising trackers. The page policy blocks analytics scripts, including a network-inserted beacon.
Purposes and legal basis (Law 195/2024 Art. 6)
We process contact-form data to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before concluding a contract — Art. 6(1)(b).
Functional cookies that remember your language preference are used only after you accept functional cookies or actively change the language — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent). Strictly necessary cookies (session for form submission, storage of your cookie choice) rely on Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in running a secure site) and do not require consent.
We do not send marketing newsletters from this site.
Recipients and international transfers
Inquiry data is stored in Google Sheets (Google LLC / Google Ireland) and may be notified to the team via Telegram Bot API (Telegram Messenger Inc.). Hosting infrastructure may process connection data. These providers act as processors or independent controllers under their own terms.
Servers of Google and Telegram may be located outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union and the United States. Transfers are carried out under the safeguards offered by each provider (including standard contractual clauses where available). We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues and longer retention is needed for the contract or legal claims. Cookie preference is stored for about six months. Language preference lasts up to one year if you allow functional cookies.
Your rights (Arts. 15–22)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Withdrawal of cookie consent is as easy as giving it — use “Cookie settings” in the footer.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects (Art. 22).
Email privacy@brdz.net. We respond without undue delay and within one month (Art. 12(3)). You may lodge a complaint with the Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal (CNPDCP) — https://datepersonale.md.
Security
We use HTTPS, limit access to inquiry data to authorised team members, and keep service-account credentials off the public web. In a personal-data breach we follow our internal procedure to notify the CNPDCP within 72 hours where required (Art. 33) and affected people when there is a high risk (Art. 34).
Children
This site is aimed at business clients. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 (Art. 8).
