Services
brdz provides custom software development, bot development, web development, automation, and IT consulting. Scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in project proposals or contracts agreed before work begins.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain rights to general-purpose libraries and pre-existing tools.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and sign NDAs upon request. Clients agree not to share proprietary methodologies disclosed during engagements without consent.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
