Parsing & Automation

Data parsing, scheduled jobs, API sync and workflow automation — stop doing manually what a bot can do.

1–4 weeks From €690

If your team copies data from websites into spreadsheets, sends the same report every Monday, or checks competitor prices manually — those are hours every week that a bot can return to you. We build the automation and you stop thinking about it.

What we automate

  • Web parsing: product catalogs, pricing pages, listings, availability, competitor content — scraped on schedule and stored in a database or Google Sheet
  • Reporting pipelines: pull data from CRMs, analytics platforms, payment processors, and spreadsheets — normalize, aggregate, and deliver a formatted summary to a Telegram channel or email
  • API synchronization: keep two or more systems in sync — inventory levels, user data, order statuses — without manual import/export cycles
  • Change monitoring: watch competitor pages, job boards, or regulatory sites for changes and alert your team the moment something updates
  • Content cross-posting: publish once and distribute automatically to Telegram, Instagram, WordPress, and other channels via their APIs

Technical approach

We build in Python for most automation work — robust libraries for every parsing scenario, clean async scheduling, and battle-tested integrations. For JavaScript-heavy sites we use Playwright or Puppeteer. All jobs run with retry logic, rate limiting, error logging, and Telegram alerts on failure.

Pricing

Simple parsers and automation scripts from €690. Multi-source pipelines with admin controls and scheduled reports are quoted after a brief requirement call.

Questions we hear often

Can you parse a site that requires login?

Yes. We handle session-based parsers with credential management and CSRF token handling. For sites with heavy anti-bot measures, we discuss feasibility first.

Where does the parsed data go?

Wherever you need it — PostgreSQL database, Google Sheets, a Telegram message, a CSV file, or a webhook to your existing system.

How often does the parser run?

You choose: every 15 minutes, hourly, daily, or triggered by a webhook. We set up the schedule during configuration.

What if the source website changes its layout?

Parsers break when layouts change — that is normal. We include a 30-day monitoring window where we fix layout-caused breakage at no additional cost.
