Cross-Platform Content Scheduling Automation

Creator Economy / Publishing

Confidential (Content Creator) 3–4 weeks Python Telegram Bot API Instagram Graph API WordPress REST API PostgreSQL

Challenge

A content creator publishing across four platforms — a Telegram channel, an Instagram account, a YouTube channel, and a WordPress blog — was spending 8–12 hours per week on the mechanical work of cross-posting and adapting content for each platform's format, publishing cadence, and character limits.

Solution

A Python automation with a Telegram bot as the creator's control interface. Content is submitted once with metadata; the system queues posts for each platform, adapts formatting per channel (caption length, hashtags, embed format), and publishes via platform APIs on the configured schedule. The creator reviews a daily queue in Telegram and approves or reschedules with one tap.

Results

Cross-posting time dropped from 10 hours per week to under 30 minutes — the time required to review and approve the daily queue. Content now goes live on all four platforms at optimal times without the creator being online. The creator redirected 9+ hours per week toward new content production.
