Challenge
Clients across different industries spent hours each week manually copying data from websites and supplier portals into spreadsheets, sending routine reports by hand, and checking competitor pages for changes. The work was repetitive, error-prone, and consumed senior staff time that should have gone elsewhere.
Solution
We built Python-based parsing bots and automation pipelines for each client: scheduled scrapers with rate limiting and session handling, data normalization into PostgreSQL or Google Sheets, Telegram-delivered summaries and alerts on anomalies, and admin commands to pause, reconfigure, or trigger parsers on demand.
Results
Across tracked client projects, an average of 7 hours per week of manual data entry was eliminated. Reports arrive automatically at a configured time; team members react to Telegram alerts instead of refreshing pages. All bots run 24/7 with uptime monitoring and automatic error notifications to an admin channel.
