Challenge
A prolific author and blogger with a large Telegram following received 200+ direct messages per week. The vast majority asked the same 30 questions about courses, collaboration requests, media appearances, and speaking bookings. Answering manually consumed 2–3 hours daily — time that came directly from writing.
Solution
A Telegram bot powered by an LLM with a curated knowledge base of the author's approved answers for common questions. The bot classifies incoming messages: routine questions are answered automatically from the knowledge base; genuine leads, collaboration proposals, and unique queries are flagged with a summary and routed to the author's attention in a separate digest chat.
Results
78% of incoming messages answered automatically with no author involvement. Manual response time dropped from 2–3 hours daily to under 25 minutes. Because genuine leads are now surfaced immediately and given priority, the author's response rate on high-value inquiries improved — previously these were buried in the noise of the inbox.
