ORTOPAN 3D — public pages for a dental clinic

Challenge

ORTOPAN 3D already had a site for two imaging rooms in central Chișinău. People book a visit with a name and a phone. Those pages needed the clinic contacts in one place, and a plain line about what the form is for.

Solution

We adapted the public pages. The footer keeps both addresses, Sciusev 54/2 and Dacia 18, plus the phone numbers and email. Next to the visit form there is a sentence on why the name and phone are collected, and a link to the privacy policy. We did not rebuild the clinic site.

Results

Both Chișinău addresses, the phone numbers, the email, and a privacy link sit on the open pages, next to the visit form.

The clinic site is live at ortopan3d.com. This is what a visitor can see. It is not a decision of the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
