Automated Product Image Generation Pipeline

Challenge
A marketing team needed to produce hundreds of branded product promotional images per week — each requiring a product photo, branded overlay with dynamic text, localized copy for three markets, and consistent visual formatting. Manual Photoshop work consumed a designer for 3 full days per batch.
Solution
A Python pipeline: input CSV defines product data and copy per locale; Pillow and ImageMagick apply branded overlay templates with dynamic text rendering; Stable Diffusion generates or enhances backgrounds where needed; output images are organized by locale and uploaded to a Google Drive folder structure. A Telegram bot handles batch submission, progress updates, and download notifications.
Results
A batch of 400 product images across three locales generates in under 2 hours — down from 3 designer-days. Output is pixel-consistent across all locales with zero manual formatting. The designer was freed from repetitive production work and redirected to creative briefs that require judgment.
